- Top King – Top King is among the largest Muay Thai brands in Thailand. The brand and their products are also often ranked up there along with other top brands such as Twins. Although compared to Twins, Top King gear are much more readily available as they’re the preferred brand by most Muay Thai gyms and camps in Thailand. While Top King also has a huge selection of different styles and options, their gloves tend to have fancier patterns compared to others. Generally, any pair of Muay Thai gloves that sells for less than $30 isn’t going to last you long and certainly aren’t going to feel comfortable in your hands. Another brand that you’d want to avoid is FBT, which is a Thai sports store that also manufacture their own Muay Thai equipment. Unlike Thai Fighting, whose merchandise is cheaper, theirs are actually quite expensive, but are also of low quality. Everlast, while a known brand, are also known for over-priced, low-quality gloves, so it’s best to avoid their products as well.
